Bangladesh is a small country in the world. But Bangladesh have an Extreem powre population.Cricket is the most popular sports in Bangladesh. At a time Bangladeshi male player are playing cricket. but at this time women are contribute the Cricket.

To develop our Country sports many sports institute and other organisation working continuously.

One of them the institution is BKSP.

BKSP are collect player both male & female from our country by two ways . one is Talent hunt program & other is direct admission program.

But the girls or boys who can not survive fall away prematurely. Most of these falls are the girls.

Not Only Cricket But also other sports event have same Situation।।

We have identified some problems while discussing these issues that the problems are the obstacles to improve sports in women.
